Job Title: Regional Sales Manager South Korea

Department: New and After Sales

Reporting Line: Direct report to the Sales Director

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in Korea in the shipbuilding sector.

·       Identify and acquire new customers, as well as maintain and expand existing customer relationships.

·       Increase the markets shares and defend the position of SAACKE  within Korea shipbuilding industries

·       Conduct market analysis and competitive monitoring to identify business opportunities.

·       Collaborate with technical support and after-sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

·       Defend the installed base within Koreans Shipmanagers and develop a constant contribution within the after-sales

·       Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent SAACKE.

·       Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and regularly report to management.

Requirements:

·       Degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification

·       Several years of professional experience in sales in the shipbuilding industry with - proven sales records

·       Strong Network within the shipyards and shipowners in Korea

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·       High willingness to travel within Korea.

·       Fluent in Korean and English

·       Independent and results-oriented working style.
